SPIP Building A is a class-A cross-dock warehouse within half a mile of I-16 providing access to the Port of Savannah. Building A began as a 518,500 SF shell warehouse that was expanded by 583,500 SF during construction for a total footprint of 1,231,693 SF. During shell development, the building was leased and tenant improvements included over 11,000 SF of office as well as general warehouse improvements.
